Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 07/24/2024 We are seeking a management consulting professional with experience in large construction projects at the Associate/Senior Consultant levels with 10+ years of experience. As part of our management consulting team, we are looking for individuals who have a proven track record and a strong commitment to delivering value to our clients. The majority of the engagements will be in GCC countries, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Here are the general expectations for this role:Support in defining the new roles and responsibilities of the functions under the FM department.Outline the interaction between the functions and define the authority matrix for key processes/decisions.Work on outlining the full value chain of the department, including the identification of all main and sub-processes, and determining which ones are active and which ones have gaps.Understand the skills and competencies required to fulfill the key functions/processes, and identify which ones are missing.Conduct a current state assessment of the department to gather an initial understanding.Based on the CSA, come up with a list of initiatives and check priorities with VP and FM team.Roll out and monitor initiatives, and prepare weekly/bi-weekly progress updates.Requirements10+ years of experience in the following domains is desirable:Drafting construction SoW for RFPs along with common/best practices.Budgeting and procurement.Process improvement.Pricing and budgeting for new projects.Performance management.Project management.Successful candidates who join our team will have the opportunity to:Expand their horizons by assisting leading enterprises in solving challenging business issues.Gain experience in breakthrough business thinking and methodologies employed by a proven, experienced, and highly motivated team.Work in diverse cultures and industries, and enjoy accelerated professional growth with an international presence.
