A prestigious Global Management Consulting firm (MBB) is seeking dynamic Principal & Manager in their Government/Public sector team to successfully meet the market's demand for deep expertise and advanced technical capabilities. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects across various major government ministries and industry sectors.Responsibilities:Delivering both formal and informal presentations both internally and externallyProducing clear, persuasive, and concisely written presentationsPlanning and managing the delivery of quality work by leading teams in an autonomous strategic consulting environment and being seen as a strong team player with excellent communication and client-handling skillsDirecting the quantitative analysis, assessing the depth required for each assignment, translating the analysis into useful findings, and quality-assuring the resultsBuilding productive and lasting client relationships at all levels75% travel to client locations across the GCCIdeal Candidate Profile/Qualifications:Strategy experience - currently as Manager & Principal level with a Top Tier Consulting Firms in their Government/Public sector team.Consulting experience in "Government/ Public sector" field is a must have with renowned Management Consulting Firms. (With a Tier1/Tier2 firm)Projects done with Middle East is a huge plus.Arabic Speaker (huge plus)EducationMBA or Master's degree from a top tier institute with a strong academic recordUndergraduate degree from a top-tier universityProfessional Skills & Other AttributesClient service orientation, including commercial capabilities.Proven track record of interacting and managing senior stakeholders.Ability to synthesize the impact of policy and drive to the "so what" for business.Excellent track record of project/team leadership and related achievementsAbility to drive to output through client presentation.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent written and spoken English.Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams would be a strong plus.
