Applicant Location: In country Hire OnlyDesired Skills & Experience: experience on the same work (should be locally available and can provide NOC)Responsibilities:Repairs and maintenance of existing HVAC equipment including air handling units, cooling and heating systems, and air quality equipment.Coordinates work between HVAC, electrical and carpentry departments, project managers, and outside contractors.Writes and receives work orders, plans, supervises, and monitors work of the day, and assigns staff work for the completion of night staff.Inspects and evaluates the condition of mechanical equipment.Develops and maintains preventive maintenance programs for major mechanical equipment on all buildings.Provides technical assistance when required.Identifies training needs of staff and facilitates the necessary training for the trainees.Trains HVAC technicians in procedures and usage of equipment. Ensures appropriate employee safety training and compliance is completed.
