Job Description: Position: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant Experience: 6 to 9.5 years Locations: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Development: Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics CRM components, including entities, forms, workflows, and plugins. Integration: Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications using various integration tools and techniques. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM implementations. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills: Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customization, configuration, and development. Programming Languages: Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. Integration Tools: Experience with integration tools such as SSIS, Scribe, or KingswaySoft. Database Management: Knowledge of SQL Server and database management. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus. Experience: Prior experience working in a consulting environment is preferred. Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
