Essential Qualifications : B.Tech (Ceramic, Chemical, Mechanical) Essential Experience: 12 to 16 years Job Conditions: Project Execution at manufacturing/new sites and office work for documentation & procurement Reporting : To GM projects Job Responsibilities Clear understanding and hands-on experience in the Glass Industry Or any high-temperature production industry like cement, Aluminium, copper etc manufacturing project execution.

• Prepare and expedite project schedules and BOM.
• Overall control of site activities (Man, Machine, Method, Safety..)
• Deal with vendors/suppliers to get offers and consolidate material supply & work completion for payment release.
• Close coordination with intra-departments for a safe and economical way of execution.
• Explore new technologies available in the Glass Industry Or any high-Temperature production industry like cement, Aluminium, copper etc equipment and implement the same after proper techno-commercial evaluation.
• Support role in operation/quality-related issues with the manufacturing team and maintenance.
