Experience: 4+ years Job Description • Develop a growth strategy focused on identifying, strategy creation and pursuing new business opportunities in the crypto space, including establishing partnerships with web3 projects and non-crypto companies. • Help build and execute the marketing strategies for our product using channels native to the web3 industry. • Partner with performance, lifecycle, creative, social, communication and our marketing agency to define and implement strategic growth initiatives. • Craft end-to-end marketing campaigns that build relevance and excitement for the Cere brand in various markets. • Create differentiated narratives with messaging that continuously improves with user feedback, testing, and a deep understanding of our target audience. • Track and analyse the impact of the work with our target customers in partnership with product, benchmarking, legal, compliance, and policy teams. • Identify key events that will help increase the visibility of Zeebu, help to establish key partnerships and ultimately grow the ecosystem. This will also include representing Zeebu at these events • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention, and ecosystem growth. • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the crypto and web3 industry • Build a CRM strategy to manage and build relationships with B2B vendors in web3 and web2 space • Negotiate on terms and agreements with partners. • Build an extensive network and maintain meaningful relationships to stay on top of key trends and industry developments
