Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall vision and business goals.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent to foster a high-performance culture.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement across all levels.
  • Organizational Development: Drive organizational change, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Strategize and implement competitive C&B programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a vibrant, equitable workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Lead the performance appraisal system and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience (10-20 years) in HR leadership roles within the retail, hospitality, or fashion industries .
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and implement HR transformations effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate across multiple functions.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to align HR strategies to business outcomes.
  • Expertise in handling HR operations for dynamic, customer-centric organizations.
