About Position: We are looking for a talented Front-End Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional. Your expertise in front-end technologies and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be critical in delivering top-tier, user-friendly web applications. Mission-Critical Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development : Create responsive, high-performance user interfaces using HTML , CSS , and JavaScript . Implement animations and interactive elements that enhance the user experience.
• UI/UX Collaboration : Partner with designers and UX/UI experts to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into fully functional, interactive web interfaces.
• Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Enforce best practices for code reviews , continuous integration , and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast page load times and a smooth user experience across all devices.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility : Ensure compatibility across multiple browsers and devices. Troubleshoot and implement solutions to ensure consistent user experiences.
• Accessibility : Follow WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices to ensure web applications are usable by all users, including those with disabilities.
• API Integration : Integrate seamlessly with backend APIs and services, managing AJAX requests and handling responses efficiently.
• Version Control : Utilize version control systems like Git to track changes, collaborate with team members, and manage project repositories.
• Problem Solving : Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the applications you develop.

• Expertise in HTML , CSS , JavaScript , and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices , responsive design, and mobile-first development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and AJAX for integrating backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems ( Git ) and collaborative development tools.
• In-depth knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to implement them.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work well within a cross-functional team.
• Additional experience with testing frameworks and frontend optimization tools is a plus.

• Bachelor's in IT or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Front-End Developer with a solid portfolio of work.
