- Carry a printout your updated resume.
- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
- Process employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Process employee benefit claims, including medical, dental, vision, and disability claims.
- Maintain all employee benefit records, including eligibility information, enrollment elections, and claims history.
- Provide support to clients employees and managers on benefit-related questions and issues.
- Administer the state health benefits and flexible benefits Annual/Open enrollment.
- Administered the US FMLA program in compliance with federal and state requirements.
- Process & perform quality check on Benefits transactions which may include:
- Aid on resolving level 2 & 3 level questions benefit plan issues.
- Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols
- Participate and contribute towards process transformation & automations
- Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals, and HR managers
- Supports TL in training, daily reviews and escalations resolutions
- Graduate in any stream
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in HR Operations
- Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience specific to Benefit administration for Global (US , EMEA, APAC) clients will be added advantage.
- Monitoring teams performance against the agreed SLAs
- Escalation Management
- Identify trends and high-volume transactions that may indicate org-wide issues and get the team prepared to handle such high volumes at times
- Train and develop team members
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve their performance
- Create developmental plans for each team member
- Create the back-up plan for handling of unforeseen or seasonal volume fluctuations
- Ensures process compliances, Knowledge Management compliances to meet the client & internal commitments.
- Graduate in any stream
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in HR Operations
- Results and deadline driven
- Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong consultative skills
- Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc)
- Experience of in Team handling
- Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)

- Original Government ID card is must for Security Clearance
