6G TIG Welder

Job Responsibilities

• Execute precise 6G TIG welding techniques on a variety of materials, ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications.
• Perform thorough inspections of welds using ultrasonic and X-ray methods to guarantee integrity and quality.
• Document welding processes and results accurately to maintain compliance with regulatory and quality assurance standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
• Conduct pre-weld and post-weld assessments to identify any potential issues before they affect project timelines.
• Stay updated on the latest welding technologies and techniques to improve skills and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred.
• Must and should have experience in SS316/SS316L.
• Should be able to handle more than 1000 mm SS Pipes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in TIG welding, with a focus on 6G positions in industrial settings.
• Welding certifications such as AWS D1 or ASME Section IX are mandatory for consideration.
• Strong technical skills in welding machinery operation and maintenance, with a focus on TIG welding specifics.
