Qualifications:-
- 7+ years proven experience in retail management at position of Operations Manager.
- Experience as an Operations Manager for multi-branch operations is highly appreciated.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
- Financial acumen (budget management, cost optimization).
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
- Skilled in MS Office and basic retail management software.
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Retail Management, or related) preferred.
- Leadership skills to inspire and manage teams.
- Results-oriented, focused on achieving operational targets.
- Customer-focused, passionate about exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven decision-making.
