We are seeking a seasoned System Architecture Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement advanced architectural frameworks for our next-generation web applications, leveraging over ten years of experience in system design and engineering. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet business needs and align with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the impact of system changes during operational design implementation to ensure seamless integration and performance.
  • Define and articulate non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, performance, concurrency, and cross-release concerns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across direct teams, enterprise architecture, and business units to deliver comprehensive, fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Work with project teams to develop solution designs and orchestrate architecture for successful solution delivery.
  • Engage with development and operations teams along with essential infrastructure services to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Develop architecture solutions and design artifacts; present these in appropriate engineering and architectural forums, driving discussions with business stakeholders to communicate vision and roadmap.
  • Design, create, and modify database structures across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
  • Translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders, providing recommendations for optimal web application solutions.
  • Apply expertise in Microservices, Domain-Driven Design, SOA architecture, and messaging protocols to design and communicate robust structural frameworks.
  • Create and direct the design and development of integrated solutions that cater to both present and future business needs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with a strong focus on system architecture and design.
  • Proficient in object-oriented concepts and C# specifications using .NET framework.
  • Proven experience in database design and management across various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of current web technologies and application frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts into non-technical language.
  • Demonstrated experience working in collaborative environments and driving architectural discussions with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices.
