In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- You will play a crucial role in expanding the hospital's market share, increasing revenue streams, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyzing competitor activities and market trends
- Identifying target markets and customer segments
- Assessing the feasibility and profitability of new service lines or partnerships
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, including:
- Physicians and other healthcare providers
- Insurance companies /HMO
- Employers
- Government agencies
- Community organizations
- Negotiate and close contracts with new clients and partners.
- Represent the hospital at industry events and conferences.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote new services and attract new clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical staff, finance, and marketing, to ensure successful service delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA).
