Network Engineer

Looking For Immediate Joiner We are looking for one of our leading IT Client for Gurgaon location with minimum 3+ years of experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a primary resource in relation to FCAPS management for Optical Network in 24X7 environment. Perform to maintain operational KPI/SLA of Function. Actively Participate in Operational Improvement plans. ¿ Active Ownership in Problem management, Troubleshooting and Resolution to Network problems . ¿ Logs analysis to reach Root Cause to avoid recurrence of problem and deploy the solution to Fix the problem. ¿ Identify and Report Network KPIs using NMS and OSS. Initiate actions to maintain defined KPIs. ¿ Actively Participate in OSS Integration and Automation continuous improvement plans. ¿ Actively Participate in regular Network Audit and Health Checks. ¿ Identify NW improvement areas and execute to optimize through defined processes. ¿ End to End problem resolution with Inter Domain Co ordination and with Field Operations. ¿ Manage and Escalate the problems through Vendors and various stakeholders¿ engagement. What we look for? Minimum Qualifications: ¿ Bachelor¿s Technical degree in Communications or Equivalent work experience. ¿ Minimum of 4 8 years, experience with at least 2 years as Team lead in NOC/TAC. ¿ Must Have Experience of working on NE Command level, NMS Platforms and OSS systems. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies: ¿ Hands on experience or Certification on DWDM, ROADM, OTN, CDC F, GMPLS ¿ Preferable Experience in Troubleshooting on Nokia 1830PSS/NFM T and Ciena 6500/MCP. ¿ Advantage experience on Either Microwave Or GPON ¿ Preferred with Experience in Provisioning, Engineering. ¿ Flexible and Adaptable within a fast paced environment. ¿ Must have strong analytical and Technical Skills.
