About the Role: The SEO Specialist will be a key member of our growth team and will lead all technical and content SEO tasks for Times Prime. He/She will have complete autonomy to devise and come up with new ideas, work with our tech team for execution and monitoring of the results Work Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research & Optimization
  • Identify high-impact keywords and phrases to target.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs for search engines.
  • Content Strategy Development
  • Plan and create SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords.
  • Collaborate with content writers to ensure high-quality, engaging material.
  • On-Page SEO
  • Optimize website elements such as headings, internal linking, images, and schema markup.
  • Ensure mobile-friendliness and fast page load times.
  • Off-Page SEO
  • Build and maintain a strong backlink profile through link-building strategies.
  • Engage in guest blogging, partnerships, and other outreach efforts to boost domain authority.
  • Technical SEO
  • Conduct website audits to identify and resolve issues like broken links, duplicate content, and crawl errors.
  • Ensure proper indexing and implement structured data (schema).
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare detailed reports and offer actionable insights for improvement.
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Research competitor strategies to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Benchmark performance against industry standards.
Skills, Experience & Expertise:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable institution
  • Proven experience in developing and executing SEO and ASO strategies, with at least 4-6 years in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of SEO and ASO tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and app store analytics tools like App Annie and Sensor Tower
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Looker Studio and Excel for advanced keyword-level analysis. Ability to identify trends, benchmark against competitors, and develop actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working effectively with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Data teams.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, creative, and a self-starter.
