The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services. This role will focus on both traditional and digital marketing channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand strategy, and experience working in the cybersecurity or tech sector. Key Responsibilities :

  • Marketing Strategy Development :
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales objectives in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Brand Management :
  • Oversee the company’s brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing :
  • Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, email marketing, social media management, and content creation to drive online visibility.
  • Content Creation & Management :
  • Develop engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy) that highlights the company’s expertise in cybersecurity and addresses customer pain points.
  • Campaign Management :
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, events, and promotions, to increase lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Market Research & Analysis :
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Use insights to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion :
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and manage campaigns to convert leads into clients.
  • Event Management :
  • Organize and manage online and offline events, including webinars, conferences, and product demos, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting :
  • Track the performance of all marketing campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications :
  • Experience :
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Previous experience in the technology or cybersecurity sector is preferred.
  • Skills :
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, branding, and lead generation techniques.
  • Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Attributes :

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail.
