About Neuralbits: Neuralbits is an innovative company dedicated to revolutionizing the healthcare industry with its state-of-the-art Presco paperless system. Our mission is to introduce this transformative solution to hospitals and healthcare institutions, enhancing their operational efficiency and reducing costs. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive for the Bengaluru/Karnataka region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our network, promoting the Presco Software system, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the hospital sector. The candidate must align with Neuralbits’ vision and demonstrate a proven track record of achieving targets and successfully implementing market strategies. Key Responsibilities: Work Location : Bengaluru/Karnataka Preferred strong network with Hospitals and Doctors Should have background in selling software services/products to hospitals Preferred candidates from Pharma and healthcare background only
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital owners and decision-makers.
- Leverage an existing network of over 500+ hospitals, including 100+ bedded facilities and chain hospitals in the region.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the hospital network, identifying new business opportunities for expansion.
- Work in alignment with Neuralbits’ goals to introduce Presco to paper-reliant hospitals in the region.
- Formulate and execute effective go-to-market strategies with innovative approaches tailored to the healthcare industry.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring all assigned projects are completed successfully and on schedule.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product training and stay updated on SOPs to ensure seamless product presentations and client onboarding.
- Proven track record of successful past projects and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong direct connections with hospital leadership, including owners and top decision-makers.
- Established network within the healthcare sector of 500+ hospitals, including 100+ bedded facilities and hospital chains.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities with experience in market expansion initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, showcasing intelligence in devising go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
