Project Program Management: • Own Project Timelines: Collaborate with various internal teams and project partners (such as Design and Construction Firms) to achieve the defined project milestones • Program Manage Technology Partner and internal stakeholders to achieve 100% compliance to Technology license agreement and key milestones • Risk mitigation and Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any risk or challenges that can arise • Reporting and Facilitate Decision Making: Manage Project reviews with Senior management and facilitate Senior management in decision making with analysis and presentations. • Crisis management: Effectively manage any crises that arise by collaborating with senior management to develop and implement appropriate response strategies Manage Project Related Gov’t Interactions: • Compliance and Regulations: Work with Internal Gov’t affairs and Facility team to ensure that all compliance and regulations are proactively secured from Gov’t • Project Update to Government: Facilitate Internal Government Affairs Team to facilitate in providing Project update to the state government • Liaison with state and central government authorities to ensure readiness of common infrastructure (Expressway, Power, Ports) from state government to meet project requirements Project Finance: • Subsidy Disbursement: Tata Electronics will receive the subsidy from central government for building the first commercial Fab in India. Manage and deliver 100% compliance to subsidy agreement and secure targeted subsidy disbursement • Budget Oversight – Annual Operating Plan: Work with internal departments to prepare the annual cost/budget plan, track the project expenditure and report status to senior management on frequent basis.
