We are looking for an energetic & self-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The perfect candidate will be strategic, creative in both digital & manual marketing activities, also should be data-oriented, with a strong enthusiasm for crafting innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Forecasting the market condition through continuous monitoring of the industry trends, customer behavior and market dynamics to predict the future market conditions.
- Studying the market through reports, surveys, and competitor analysis to understand the current trends in y industry.
- Executing marketing plans to promote the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market.
- Identifying and managing potential vendors (e.g., agencies, printers, technology providers) based on their capabilities, reputation and align with company needs.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and supporting the sales team in meeting their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to produce insightful reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising initiatives.
- Assisting in recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with key clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and identifying new marketing opportunities.
- Staying updated in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, workshops, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
