About the Role: As a trainee , you will gain hands-on experience in consultative sales and relationship management while learning the fundamentals of business lending. This internship will provide exposure to client interactions, pipeline management, and the intricacies of funding solutions, helping you build a foundation for a career in financial services. Key Responsibilities:
- Learning & Support: Shadow senior team members to understand the sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Client Interaction: Assist in identifying and assessing potential clients’ financial needs under the guidance of senior specialists.
- Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand industry trends.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about lending solutions, cash flow analysis, and financial product offerings to support client needs.
- Documentation: Support the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and CRM updates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting and other internal teams to gain insights into the loan origination process.
- Pipeline Support: Help maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Exposure to consultative sales and relationship management in the finance industry.
- Understanding financial concepts like cash flow analysis and credit evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Education: Recently completed a bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a willingness to learn client engagement strategies.
- Interest in Finance: Enthusiastic about financial services and eager to develop knowledge in lending and funding solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn CRM systems and sales tools.
