We’re Hiring: Backend Developer (ROR) Job Title: Ruby on Rails Developer Experience: 4-7 Years Location: Gurgaon (Onsite) Notice Period: Immediate/Serving only Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Write modular, decoupled, and microservice-based code for better scalability and performance.
- Build distributed system software and optimize for security and reliability.
- Work in an agile, fast-paced environment with a startup-like culture.
- Collaborate with talented engineers, including the opportunity to hire and shape your team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong coding skills in Ruby on Rails , with exposure to technologies like Delayed Jobs , PouchDB , and Java .
- Experience in Web application development (ReactJS, JavaScript, Ajax).
- Familiarity with REST APIs , MySQL , MongoDB , Azure , and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Transportation, Supply Chain, and Logistics domain is a plus.
- Experience in optimizing database performance and building business workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
