At Advanced Systems For Education, we provide high-quality corporate training solutions to businesses worldwide. Our programs help companies upskill their workforce in IT, project management, HR, cybersecurity, finance, and more. We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to connect organizations with the right training solutions. This is an opportunity for someone who is results-driven, skilled in business development, and looking to grow within a flexible, commission-based role.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate training, HR solutions, or professional services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify corporate training needs and present tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
What We Offer:
- Performance-Based Earnings: 5% commission on deals between $40,000 and $80,00010% commission on deals between $90,000 and $150,00015% commission on deals between $160,000 and $250,000 Additional 5% commission for repeat business from the same company
- Growth and Long-Term Opportunities: Successful professionals can take on leadership roles within the company. High-performing sales consultants may be considered for partnership opportunities.
- Strong Product Offering: Sell globally recognized certifications such as PMP, CEH, ITIL, MOS, and more. Work with businesses of all sizes to deliver trusted, high-quality training.
- Work Flexibility: Remote role with no fixed working hours. Focus on results—you manage your time and approach.
- Ongoing Support: Training and guidance on our courses and certifications. Sales resources to help you present solutions to corporate clients.

- HR & Corporate Development – Learning solutions for HR professionals and leadership teams.
- Finance & Auditing – Programs for fraud examiners, internal auditors, and finance specialists.
- Networking & Infrastructure – Certifications for networking professionals and telecom teams.
Skills:
- Strategic Vision: Adept in formulating and executing innovative business development strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market reach, leveraging a keen understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to pinpoint emerging market segments, customer demands, and competitive differentiators, delivering actionable insights for informed business choices.
- Proficient at nurturing and cultivating strong, lasting relationships with essential clients, collaborators, and stakeholders, facilitating teamwork and identifying novel business prospects.
- Demonstrated ability in pinpointing and forming strategic partnerships, joint endeavors, and alliances that enhance the company's portfolio of products/services and generate mutually advantageous avenues for expansion.
- Experienced in formulating and operationalizing cutting-edge business development strategies, driving revenue upsurge and market growth by leveraging acute market trend insights.
