The Opportunity: ML6 is pleased to be partnering with a leading healthcare organization in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst, CAPEX, to join their growing team. With a strong focus on capital reporting & forecasting, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities on how to drive the business forward. What You'll Be Doing:
- Own all budgeting, forecasting, and reporting as it relates to clinic operating expenses
- Partner closely with various business partners, providing valuable and actionable insights as to how they can continue to grow the business.
- Uncover and analyze what is driving variances
- Prepare business cases for all purchases of capital equipment and renovations
- Deliver clear, concise, relevant, and timely reporting to the team on a weekly or monthly basis
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience working in an FP&A capacity
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to present at all levels of management
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Power BI experience would be an asset
- CFA or CPA designation would be an asset
