We’re all about creating solutions that work flawlessly & make our clients shine online! WHAT YOU'LL DO: You’ll work closely with the project manager to ensure client projects run smoothly. You'll assist in coordinating design and web development, perform QA, upload content, communicate with clients as needed, and use your creativity to enhance projects and suggest ideas. YOUR DAY MIGHT INCLUDE:
- Data entry, content updates, troubleshooting, plugin updates and other webmaster tasks.
- Preparing tasks for developers, designers & other team members. You’ll review their work, perform QA and provide feedback.
- Testing websites
- Keeping clients updated on project progress and answering their inquiries.
- Creating mockups and other designs in Figma
- Assisting with social media strategy and post creation
- Bringing fresh, creative ideas for designs, content creation, and overall project improvements.
- Strong knowledge of tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Great organizational skills & great attention to details.
- Good understanding of web development (coding skills are a bonus but not required).
- Experience with platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Experience with websites.
