As Sales Manager at Ecosaa, you'll drive sales and expand our premium skincare line. This role focuses on building relationships with high-end retail partners, ensuring brand visibility, and executing sales strategies to grow our presence in the luxury skincare market. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with clients (spas, salons, luxury hotels, retailers). Develop sales policies and practices to meet revenue targets. Conduct market research to create a growth strategy. Collaborate with marketing to boost brand visibility. Work with retailers to align product displays with the brand's luxury image. Provide after-sales service and handle customer feedback. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet goals. Identify new business opportunities and enhance brand promotion. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in cosmetics or skincare, particularly in luxury segments. Strong sales and account management skills, with a focus on premium products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for the beauty/skincare industry and deep knowledge of trends.
