Job Purpose: The Senior Team Leader, Digital Ecosystem will spearhead the ideation, development, and optimization of digital products and solutions, ensuring they address market needs, drive customer value, and align with Dubai CommerCity's goals. This role will work cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences, manage the ecosystem portfolio, and lead innovative initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.

Job Role: Digital Portfolio Management

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Act as a central enabler for the organization's digital transformation initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive results.
Define and implement requirements for process automation, customer portals, community apps, and other digital tools to elevate customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation, integration, and roll out of digital platforms.
Provide technical and strategic expertise to ensure products are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Lead change requests and oversee new projects, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of escalations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for unresolved issues, driving effective solutions across teams.
Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and scaling high performing solutions.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders within the organization to conceptualize and refine innovative ideas for commercialized digital products that address market needs.
Monitor the revenue performance and profitability of digital products to ensure alignment with financial targets.
Pilot new technologies and support the development of platforms required for innovation programs.
