Looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist : Location - Bangalore (Jakkur) As the Retail Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand activation campaigns and alignment of media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Brand Activation Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute creative brand activation campaigns to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, sales & ROI
  • Media Planning and Buying: Develop comprehensive media plans across various channels (digital, print, TV, social media, etc.) and negotiate media buying to optimize reach and impact.
  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate events, product launches, and promotional activities to create memorable brand experiences and connect with the target audience.
  • Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, sponsors, and partners to amplify brand messaging and reach a wider audience.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with malls, vendors, and agencies, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal brand visibility
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of brand activation campaigns and media strategies. Make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Brand Visibility: Increase brand visibility through effective brand activation campaigns and media strategies, measured by reach, impressions, and engagement metrics.
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance customer engagement levels through interactive events and activations, leading to increased brand loyalty and positive sentiment.
  • Event Success : Measure the success of events and activations based on attendance, participant engagement, and post-event feedback.
  • Partnership Impact: Evaluate the impact of collaborations and partnerships on brand awareness and customer acquisition, establishing mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Content Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of multimedia content by analyzing views, shares, and engagement, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
  • Budget Adherence : Maintain adherence to budget allocations for brand activation and media initiatives, demonstrating fiscal responsibility while achieving campaign objectives.
