Job Description: HR Trainee will be responsible for taking ownership and driving HR Processes within the organization. Maintaining the sanctity of policy, procedures and company culture. Will also ensure adherence to Statutory Compliances from Human Resource standpoint and drive new initiatives within the company. Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the sanctity of policy, procedures and company culture and ensuring its adherence
- Creating and validating all relevant legal contracts & documents for company with due diligence
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring adherence to companys statutory and labor compliances
- Maintaining time and attendance of employees
- Working on employees leave management
- Accountable for all renewals & licenses
- Responsible for execution of all employee contracts and agreements
- Stay up-to-date with current labor laws
- Work on employees Background Verification
- Contributing to other HR Activities within the organization
- Understand the values and vision of the organization
- Protecting company's Intellectual Property
- Mandatory educational background - BBA LLB
- Labor Laws specialization is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
- Should be willing to travel
- Must be enterprising and willing to represent the company at all forums
- Should be willing to attend Courts (if required)
- Should be skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently
- Willingness to learn new function of business
- Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure
- The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness
- The candidate should possess attention to detail and also maintain confidentiality and integrity
- Must be highly collaborative and be a team player with commitment to excellence
