Position Details Role: Logistics Dispatcher (Fresher Level) Company: NyxGen Transitions Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Night Shift, US Shift) Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Experience: 0–1 year (freshers are encouraged to apply). - Coordinate the dispatch of goods while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Prepare and verify loading slips, shipping documents, and related instructions.
- Communicate with drivers and loading teams to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Monitor vehicle and goods movement to address any discrepancies in real-time.
- Generate basic shipment documents such as invoices, road permits, and E-way bills.
- Support the team in resolving freight issues, including weight or packaging discrepancies.
- Maintain communication with customers and carriers for updates and service satisfaction.
- Assist in tracking freight costs and delivery performance.
- Basic knowledge of SAP systems (training can be provided).
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (GST invoicing, E-way bills).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn logistics planning, forecasting, and dispatch operations.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
