• Process Type: Blended (Voice + Email)
• Role: German Customer Service Specialist
• Package: Up to 9LPA
• Certification: B2 German language proficiency (Soft copy/hard copy of certificate required)
• Experience: Prior 6 Months experience in German Customer Service is mandatory

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in Verbal German: Exceptional communication skills in German are essential.
• Certification: Must possess a valid B2 level certification in German.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
