About the location: Steps from the Prophets Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophets Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world. About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy at Four Seasons Hotel, Madinah. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and positioning the resort as a premier destination for business and leisure travelers. What You Will Do

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets across all market segments.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with the resort’s business goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agents, and industry partners.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives to capture emerging markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities, sales campaigns, and branding initiatives.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all sales activities.

What You Bring

A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably within luxury hospitality or a related industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales strategies.
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
Experience in using sales management software and CRM tools.
