The achievement of targeted retail vehicle sales and profitability including finance and insurance accessories.

Customer Relationship

  1. To fully perform in the sales process facilitating the sale of new vehicles on behalf of the brand.
  2. Record and manage each enquiry in dealer management system, demonstrating proactive follow up.
  3. To ensure the customer transaction is seamless, meeting the customer expectations of experience within the timely manner.
  4. Understanding of key performance indicators, given from the line manager.
  5. Support the line manager to maximize the profitability of each sale.

Administration

  1. Responsibly follow the documented sales process, complying to company and legal requirements.
  2. Support the customer in the understanding of the process and requirements to fulfil the purchase of a new vehicle.
  3. Support the line manager to maintain the sales operations to the desired standards in display and presentation.
  4. Adhere to all HSSE standards.

Operational

  1. Follow the direction of the line manager during the sales process.
  2. Follow the guidelines and process ensuring cleared funds of cash or finance prior to vehicle release, and trade-in facility.
  3. Follow the guidelines of vehicle registration, in line with each Emirate requirements.
  4. Ability to represent and deliver professional customer experience at all times.

Process Improvement

  1. Acurately, record each customer lead and enquiry.
  2. Manage the dealer management system with timely follow up, with commentary.
  3. Comply with security process, of all monies and vehicle assets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • 1. Sales process 2. Customer facing. 3. Culturally aware. 4. Product knowledge.
  • 1. Exceptional customer service skills, with 3-5 years of experience in car sales. 2. Negotiating skills, with finance and trade-in. 3. Problem solving and handling complex situations, 4. Hands-on work ethic.
  • 1. Customer data capture. 2. Demonstrate, proactive follow up with customers. 3. Ability to understand and follow the sales process. 4. Understand objectives and key performance indicators. 5. Support direct line manager to reach company goals and objectives. 6. Collaborate with colleagues. 7. Customer service satisfaction measures. 8. Unit profit retention. 9. Incremental sales and profit retention.
