Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity We're looking for the next Branch Manager to lead the team at our Christchurch store. Your key focus will be:

1. Leading a high performing team, helping them achieve results and fostering a great culture.
2. Developing strong relationships with our shareholders.
3. Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs plus seeking continuous improvement.
4. Managing budgets, P&L and financials.
5. Continuing to build a strong community environment within the store.
6. Being a presence on the shop floor, serving customers and coaching team members.

Mōhou ake | About you We're looking for someone with a proven track record of leading successful teams, ideally, in the retail environment. You will also have:

1. The ability to build solid client relationships and encourage repeat business.
2. Sound knowledge of rural products and services in general.
3. Experience coaching team members and training them on best practices.
4. Strong commercial business acumen and knowledge of financial ledgers.
5. Solid computer skills and enjoy working with up-to-date technology.
