Senior Windows Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Windows Senior Engineer on behalf of your client, a global IT company. Responsibilities:

• Sustain existing systems by providing level 3 support to help investigate and identify root causes for escalating issues.
• Ensure solutions developed meet security, supportability, and performance requirements identified by our stakeholders, regulators, and the organization at large.
• Create technical and operational management documentation including design and support docs, operational runbooks, internal knowledge base articles, etc.
• Ensure that we meet the business expectations of high availability, performance, and overall user experience.
• Create, review, maintain and disseminate knowledge through documentation and demonstrations of the technologies, tools, and methodologies that are used to support them.

• SCCM and Intune Admin with 8+ years of experience
• Deep Technical understanding of Microsoft SCCM (OSD, Site Administration, Patching, SW Deployment)
• Deep Technical understanding of Microsoft SCCM with Strong troubleshooting mindset (i.e. parsing event logs, Sy Internals tools, analyzing memory dumps etc.)
• Experience of Intune Administration, Deployment and Autopilot
• Scripting skills with PowerShell
• Experience in automation
