Licensed practical nurses (LPNs) or registered nurses (RNs) with specific training in the areas of patient care they will be providing. They must have specialized certifications, depending on the needs of the patient (e.g., hospice care, pediatric care, elderly care). They will be tailored to the needs of the individual patient and the family, with a focus on providing high-quality, personalized care.
Educational Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) .
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) : For more specialized or complex care, such as for patients with critical conditions, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (e.g., Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist).
Licensing and Certification:
- Nursing License : NCLEX-RN (National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses) for RNs or the NCLEX-PN (National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses) for LPNs.
- CPR and First Aid Certification .
