Job Description As a calibration lab supervisor, you will supervise the calibration service activity, which includes assigning schedules, performing calibration, and ensuring that QC and QA in calibration work meet the required standards. Key Responsibilities:

Familiarization with ISO/IEC 17025 general requirements for all competence of testing and calibration laboratories, preparing and reviewing documents, and maintaining the Quality Manual, Quality System Procedures, Calibration procedures, Forms/Formats, Records, etc., along with the concerned quality team.
Compile, analyze, and generate technically written inspection reports that record results to identify problem areas and diagnose root causes, corrective actions, and preventative actions where necessary.
Preparation and evaluation of uncertainty calculations in the field of multiple accredited parameters.
Preparation and participation in ILC/PTP programs as per QMS requirements.
Increasing the scope of accreditation/calibration activities to improve lab technical capabilities.
Develop new test procedures and establish template calibration certificates.
Scheduling and monitoring the calibration status of master equipment and ensuring timely recalibrations.
Attending/arranging MRM, employee training requirements, and internal & external quality audits.
Handling and resolving customer complaints through suitable corrective/preventive actions.
Planning and executing onsite/in-house calibrations and evaluating the calibration reports.
Maintaining all technical standards requirements related to calibration.
Monthly updates on the calculation of measurement uncertainty budget, quality checks, validation of instrument capability, and software validation.
Assisting lab operation/technical team to ensure smooth workflow.

Technical Expertise:

Calibration & certification of all instruments related to the scope of the lab.
Calibrate in multiple parameters in line with equipment use.

Nurture and secure the long-term success of existing customer relationships by performing assigned tasks within the assigned sites. Work Independently: Ability to handle different customers. Team Player: Ability to perform assigned tasks smoothly. Qualification/Knowledge/Experience: B. Eng/B. Tech in electronics, instrumentation, or equivalent with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience with similar instruments.

Strong and effective communication skills, building credible relationships across all levels of the organization and with customers.
Working experience in GCC is a plus.
Possess the energy, expertise, critical thinking skills, and values to be an integral member of the service team.
Ready to travel >90% of the time with an assigned scheduled travel plan.
