Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Bakery & Pastry Chefs located in Brazzaville, Congo. The role involves managing a production facility for a French franchise bakery restaurant opening in a new commercial center in Brazzaville. Qualifications
- Bakery and Baking skills
- Food Preparation proficiency
- Experience in producing Pastries and Bread
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Professional culinary certification is a plus
