Retail Sales Associate Vacancy in Sharjah, UAE
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate with experience in shoes, cosmetics, and accessories. Candidates with visit visas or canceled visas are encouraged to apply.Duties
- Greet and direct clients.
- Provide accurate information (e.g., item attributes, prices, and after-sales solutions).
- Respond to consumer inquiries concerning specific products/services.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to promote purchasing.
- Cross-sell products.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Handle returns of goods.
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide outstanding customer service (especially during peak times).
- Educate customers about discounts and special deals.
- Offer customer feedback to the Shop Manager.
- Stay current with new products/services.
