What We're Looking For We’re on the hunt for an extremely ambitious, highly proactive, and insanely conceptual Senior Creative / Art Director that has one goal - to make the most famous work of their career! You’ll be partnering with other Senior Creatives; you’ll be one of our go-to Creatives to work across our amazing portfolio brands as well as pitches and proactive projects. You’ll have an appetite to create culturally relevant work that causes a stir and creates fame inside and outside of the industry. We’re looking for people who push beyond the usual borders of marketing – creating memorable experiences for people no matter where they are or what they’re doing. You’ll be fascinated by all the ways people interact with brands. At every touchpoint. From the first time they hear about them to the thousandth time they hear from them. And you’ll be itching to inject creativity into every interaction. You’ll have ambitions as big as your ideas. You’ll embrace every brief as an opportunity. And you’ll believe – quite rightly – that creativity and science are two sides of the same coin. We don’t need you to be a traditional art director/Creative. But craft is incredibly important. You’ll also be expected to teach these craft skills to the junior creatives. If that sounds like you, all you have to do now is convince us you’d be better at the job than anyone else.
