BHS TECHNICIAN
What are my responsibilities?
Executes precautionary & rehabilitative maintenance as necessary to the direction offered by the Supervisor with complete compliance with SOPs and site safety policies and regulations. Usage of ideal PPE for work safety and security; fencing/cover/door opened for any kind of work/reason has to be closed promptly after finishing the job prior to the equipment is transformed live. Performs periodical checks/maintenance examinations specified on the checklist. Comprehending all electric/mechanical parts in the system, mistake analysis & troubleshooting. Familiarization with all the electrical illustrations in the panel & understanding of electrical links. In situation of a luggage jam or any other issue in their workplace, they will right away interfere according to the applicable procedure and close coordination with the control room. Guarantee means of communication via radio are provided at all times and also remain in close contact with his supervisor as well as other team of BHS. Assess and seek continual improvements in the area. Organizes the tools needed for the change's work task as well as guarantees proper usage and maintenance. Follows all safety regulations and takes appropriate precautions during working hours.Security:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Automation Industry or Plants with hands-on knowledge of operations, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting of automated systems.
- Analytic methods: source analysis etc. Evaluating and analyzing current processes and deduction of improvements.
- Understanding of BHS product flow.
- Recognition/Expertise of quality/safety procedures.
- Good communication skills.
- The Electrical/Mechanical Specialist shall be Industrial Training Institute accredited (ITI).
- Ability to be accountable for a small group of maintenance assistants.
- Compulsory to communicate in the English language, and essential to have worked in various social areas adapting to cultural work values.
