- Collaborate on M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and the preparation of presentation materials.
- Assist in the information gathering for IPO related documents, including drafting prospectuses and coordinating with legal and compliance teams.
- Assist in financial analysis, industry research, and comparative company assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Key Focus Areas
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in comprehensive financial forecasting , MIS, gap analysis
- Peer Review Analysis: Conduct peer review analyses to benchmark client performance against industry standards.
- IPO Preparation:
- Assist clients in preparing for IPOs, including financial documentation, regulatory compliance, and organizational readiness.
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure successful IPO execution.
- Management Information Systems (MIS):
- Develop and implement MIS solutions to enhance data management and reporting capabilities.
- Utilize data analytics tools to provide insights into financial performance and operational metrics.
- CA or MBA with 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields, with a focus on M&A and/or IPO transactions.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including proficiency in Excel and strong presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
