Manage assigned markets' Out of Home channel sales. The incumbent is responsible for all sales transactions, operational duties, and providing customer support for quality service, customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. Responsibilities:

  1. Achieving Monthly Targets along with Yearly PMS Numbers
  2. Quarterly business reviews to build better business & maintain Customer Relationship.
  3. Timely collection of payment.
  4. Tracking GRV's within stipulated budget spend & using trade budget effectively.
  5. Maintaining BDA’s with target stores on special visibility drivers.
  6. Strategic inputs for Brand wise / Category wise / Outlet wise target plan.
  7. Monitoring team performance & motivating and training the team for better performance.
  8. Compiling & analysis of sales data for Way forward plan & forecasting.
  9. Team management, liaising with team (Sales & Rep) on a daily basis and providing training sessions to the team for best practices and improved efficiency.
  10. Negotiation with Central and Outlet Managers – for Monthly and Yearly Closing.
  11. Improve Share of Shelf and Activity participation to bring Healthy Growth across Categories.
  12. Relationship Management – Internal and External.
  13. Great Execution on Field and untapping new Opportunities by Competitor analysis and other tools.
  14. Proactively planning all the Promotions for better execution.
  15. Collecting customer feedback / Market research / competition activities.

KPIs

Work Experience Requirement

  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in Out of Home Channel sales role in the assigned market, with warehouse management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant category sales experience is preferred.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business or management related field.
  • MBA degree in business or management related field.
