Professional with extensive experience in the deployment and management of service activation solutions in telecommunications environments, utilizing custom Activators or COTS products for access networks. Expertise in automating service provisioning, managing network elements (NE), and integrating systems within OSS/BSS platforms. Deep understanding of service activation processes, monitoring, and network optimization, ensuring services are deployed efficiently, scalably, and reliably. Key Areas of Expertise: • Service Activators: Hands-on experience implementing and customizing Ericsson service activation solutions (or any other), ensuring seamless service provisioning, activation, and management across transport and access networks. • Access Networks: Expertise in managing service provisioning and activation for access networks (both fixed and mobile), including technologies such as xDSL, GPON, LTE, 5G, and fiber optics. • Network Orchestration & Automation: Design and implement network service orchestration solutions that automate service provisioning and activation workflows across multi-vendor environments using standards such as TM Forum. • OSS/BSS System Integration: Extensive experience integrating activation solutions with OSS/BSS systems, including inventory management, service provisioning, billing, and order management. Proficient in RESTful APIs, SOAP, and industry-standard communication protocols. Technical Skills: • Programming & Scripting: Proficient in Java, JBoss, MQ Series, SQL, and Shell scripting for configuring, customizing, and integrating service activators and network element management systems. • Network Protocols & Technologies: Advanced knowledge of telecom network protocols and technologies such as SNMP, NetConf, CLI, SOAP, REST, and YANG, essential for network device integration and configuration management. • Project Management: Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies, working in collaborative environments to deliver projects on time and meet high-quality standards.
