Junior Accountant

Our Finance department would like to welcome a detail-oriented Junior Accountant in our office in Dubai .

Responsibilities

Assisting with Financial Statements: Help prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Data Entry and Ledger Management: Enter financial transactions into accounting software and maintain accurate records.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in processing invoices and payments.
Reconciliation: Help reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies.
VAT: Assist in preparation and filing of VAT return and registration (as needed).
Collaboration: Work closely with senior accountant and other team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.

Skills & Competencies

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks and SAP S4/HANA) and Microsoft Excel.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the UAE.
