Join us in setting new training standards in Saudi Arabia and worldwide.Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experiences for our ASD XR platform. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct user research using interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and refine design decisions.Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes with tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to visualize and test design concepts.Design visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency.Develop intuitive user experiences through user flows, sitemaps, and navigation structures to guide users effectively.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions and clearly communicate design concepts.Perform usability tests to collect feedback, iterate on designs, and enhance the user experience.Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications, and provide detailed assets to ensure accurate implementation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.Knowledge of AI and blockchain technologies is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work on innovative projects that are transforming the Aviation, Space, and Defense industry.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional growth and development opportunities.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your qualifications on our portal.
