Job Title: YouTube Channel Manager Location - Jodhpur / Jaipur Role Overview: Lead and grow the YouTube channel with exclusive, authentic content on competitive exams. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a content calendar: Plan and schedule video topics.
- Create video content: Write scripts, film, edit, and ensure quality.
- Engage with the community: Interact in comments, respond to messages, and maintain relationships.
- Analyze performance: Use analytics tools for data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate: Partner with creators/influencers to cross-promote content.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Video production/editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro).
- Understanding of YouTube algorithms and optimization.
- Strategic thinking with multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience (EdTech preferred).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Office-based role, 6 working days a week.
