We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for driving the sales of our cutting-edge eLearning SaaS (Software as a Service) product, focused on delivering innovative learning management systems, content creation, and online training solutions. The role combines strategic outreach, lead generation, relationship-building, and closing sales to help expand the adoption of our product in target markets. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth for our eLearning SaaS product. Identify and engage potential customers, including educational institutions, corporations, and training providers. Conduct prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate leads. Qualify and prioritize sales opportunities based on customer needs, business value, and fit.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients. Serve as the main point of contact for prospects during the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to post-sale. Understand client needs and customize solutions to meet specific learning and training objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, helping prospects understand the value of the eLearning product and how it aligns with their goals.
  3. Sales Presentations & Demos: Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the eLearning platform through online demos, webinars, and in-person meetings. Provide tailored product demonstrations to prospects, addressing specific use cases and pain points. Articulate complex product features in simple terms and effectively communicate value propositions.
  4. Sales Strategy & Forecasting: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with the company’s growth objectives. Track and report on sales metrics and progress toward targets, adjusting strategies as needed. Provide insights into market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
  5. Contract Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details with clients, ensuring profitable and win-win agreements. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure timely contract execution.
  6. Customer Retention & Upselling: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and promoting upselling or cross-selling opportunities for additional features or services. Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful product implementation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Experience: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management in a SaaS, eLearning, or technology-based environment. Experience selling eLearning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or similar educational technology solutions is highly preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  2. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively. Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and product demos. Excellent negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions. Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  3. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  4. Attributes: Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams. Passion for education technology and a desire to help organizations improve learning outcomes.
