In this role, you’ll lead the charge in delivering exceptional solutions for our clients while nurturing a culture of collaboration and excellence. What You’ll Do: Lead the delivery of IVE’s products and services in NSW, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Inspire and manage a team of direct and dotted-line reports, collaborating across Technology, Operations, Project Management, and Marketing Automation. Drive operational improvements, resource optimisation, and seamless communication between cross-functional teams. Oversee the integration of traditional and digital marketing solutions, creating multi-channel experiences that wow our clients. Partner with senior leaders, including the Chief Operations Officer, to shape strategic decisions and fuel business growth.
