Site Civil Engineer

Job Title: Civil Site Engineer Location: Bhubaneswar Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage our construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and be capable of ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while meeting high-quality standards. Responsibilities: Planning:

• Prepare technical drawings, construction layouts, and project budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all plans align with project requirements.

• Design civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, dams, and buildings.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.

• Oversee the construction process, delegate work tasks, and organize materials.
• Ensure all activities are performed according to project plans and specifications.

• Track construction progress and address any deviations from schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Prepare detailed site reports, daily logs, and project documentation.
• Communicate updates and key findings to senior management and clients.

• Provide expert technical guidance to resolve challenges during construction.
• Address technical difficulties with innovative solutions.

• Ensure projects are completed within budget and time constraints.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Skills towards developing construction projects, budget estimates, and billing.

• Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, Revit).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Relevant work experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
