Hexaware Technologies is Hiring a Technology Lead! Are you a skilled Technology Specialist looking to lead innovative projects and make a meaningful impact? Hexaware Technologies invites you to join our dynamic team! We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with expertise in .NET, SQL, and Agile Project Management. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee technology initiatives within the project scope.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project execution.
- Minimum of 9 years of overall experience in the technology domain.
- At least 9 years of experience with .NET/.NET CORE.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with SQL.
- Recent Agile project work experience of at least 3 years (Scrum/Kanban, etc.).
- 3 years of experience with Angular.
- 5 years of DevOps exposure, including CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment.
- Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or any cloud platform, with an understanding of cloud computing, logging into cloud-based VDI, and deployment in cloud environments.
- Coding: Write new or troubleshoot sample code snippets.
- SQL: Explain sample queries, frame new queries, fine-tune existing queries, and suggest performance improvements.
- Project Handling: Demonstrate logical reasoning and handle real-time project impediments during a sanity check.
